This is brand new old stock, it is an original Cummins part issued by Mopar. It is a thin graphite-based steel-core gasket and made to seal properly at torque specifications listed by Cummins or Mopar (same engine, same specifications) and withstand the high heat of the engine block while providing a proper seal. The product part number is: 68444374aa by Mopar and 5399728 by Cummins
