This is a new, unused, Inline Exhaust Brake made by and distributed by Jacobs, part number: TM3126B,  025820. Note that this exhaust brake moves freely, it is perfectly functional. This unit is a new as in unused part, it is an “old stock” module that sat in the warehouse on a new, unused, crate motor for approximately 10 years.
