This 46-70242 AFE Power transmission pan is for a GM 4L60-E, 4l65-E, 4L70-E, and 4L75-E this is an aftermarket transmission pan that is powder coated and designed to enhance cooling as well as providing an  additional 2 quarts of fluid capacity this pan is new and does not include hardware for installation.
