This is a dampener / harmonic balancer center unit from a CAT C7 to mount the dampener / harmonic balancer. It is a new take off part, so you can be sure it is all Original Genuine OEM CAT! This unit is 100% fully functional! Center 4 holes are threaded, outer 8 are not.
