It is a thin graphite-based steel-core gasket and made to seal properly at torque specifications listed by Cummins or Mopar (same engine, same specifications) and withstand the high heat of the engine block while providing a proper seal. The product part number is: 68005184aa by Mopar and 3979769 by Cummins
